Terms of service

These terms govern use of WyattGo, a service operated by WyattGo Solutions LLC. By connecting accounts to WyattGo or signing in, the business and its users agree to them.

The service

WyattGo reads the email and accounting records a business connects, finds job costs that have not been billed, and prepares invoice drafts and reminders. It is offered by invitation, is in active development, and may change. Features may be added or removed as it develops.

The business stays in charge

Every draft is a proposal. Nothing is sent to a customer and no invoice is created in QuickBooks without the approval of a person at the business. The business remains responsible for its invoices, its prices, its taxes and its records. WyattGo does not give accounting, tax or legal advice.

Accounts

Access is limited to the addresses the business authorizes. Users sign in with single-use email links and are responsible for the security of their email accounts. Tell us at once if an account may have been misused.

Data

The business owns its data. It grants WyattGo Solutions LLC permission to process that data only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. The business confirms it has the right to connect the accounts it connects.

Acceptable use

Do not use WyattGo to break the law, to access accounts without permission, or to interfere with the service or the systems it connects to.

Ending use

Either side may stop at any time. When a business stops, its data is deleted as the privacy policy describes.

Warranty and liability

WyattGo is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, WyattGo Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability is limited to the fees the business paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. If they change, the effective date above changes with them, and businesses using WyattGo are told before the change applies. Questions: hello@wyattgo.com.
